These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and angin888 ("angin888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://angin888.cam ("Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game, promotion, or service offered by angin888, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or terms applicable to specific games or promotions.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process conducted by angin888.

• "Real Money Wager" means a bet placed using funds in a User's real-money Balance, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on a User's Account preventing access for a designated period, as described in Clause 9.

To register and maintain an Account on angin888, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are not a resident or citizen of any Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of angin888 or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously been suspended or permanently excluded from angin888 or opted into a self-exclusion programme.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

angin888 employs automated and manual age verification measures. Where age cannot be confirmed, the Account will be suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily. Any winnings accumulated prior to verification may be voided if the Account is found to belong to a person below the minimum age requirement.

Each eligible person may register a maximum of one (1) Account on the Platform. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same person — whether by name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.1 Registration Obligations

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. angin888 will not be held liable for issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. angin888 recommends enabling two-factor authentication and selecting a strong, unique password. Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals initiated — will be treated as having been performed by you unless you notify us immediately upon discovering unauthorised access.

4.3 Duplicate Accounts

Where angin888 identifies duplicate Accounts, all such Accounts will be suspended. Any Bonus Funds, free bet credits, or pending promotions associated with the Accounts will be forfeited. Real-money Balances may be retained subject to satisfactory KYC completion on the first verified Account only.

angin888 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within the timelines set out below:

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. angin888 reserves the right to return any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and may require additional documentation before processing future transactions.

angin888 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may apply their own transaction charges, for which angin888 accepts no liability.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method will ordinarily be returned to the same method (return-to-source policy).
• Active Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will not form part of any withdrawal amount.

6.1 Processing Times by Tier

angin888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to releasing any withdrawal. In circumstances where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, the withdrawal may be held pending investigation without prior notice to the User. Where an investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, angin888 reserves the right to void the relevant winnings and close the Account.

angin888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be made available on the relevant promotional page or communicated directly to eligible players.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be staked before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering multipliers typically range from 10x to 35x depending on the specific promotion.
• The maximum permitted bet per spin or round while Bonus Funds are active is typically between MYR 5 and MYR 50 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus Funds expire if not utilised within the designated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account without notice.
• Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary: video slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sportsbook bets may contribute between 10% and 50% — refer to the specific promotion terms for exact rates.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who operate multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses will have all Accounts suspended and balances forfeited.

7.2 Abuse and Fraudulent Claiming

angin888 monitors bonus claiming activity to detect patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering between multiple accounts, low-risk wagering strategies designed to convert bonus funds with minimal risk, and use of excluded payment methods. Where bonus abuse is identified, angin888 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close the Account.

All wagers placed on the angin888 platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events), lottery, or arcade titles — are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that product, as displayed within the game interface or on the relevant product page.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it may not be cancelled or amended unless the game rules expressly permit cancellation.
• All game outcomes produced by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer operations are considered final upon settlement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, angin888's records and server logs shall constitute the authoritative record of the transaction.
• Bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined (late bets) are void and will be returned to the Account Balance.
• angin888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneously displayed price (palpable error) and will notify the affected User accordingly.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating wagers with other Users to exploit a promotion or guarantee a bonus conversion (bonus abuse, "gnoming").
• Engaging in matched betting using angin888 bonuses in conjunction with external platforms.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing angin888 Accounts or Account Balances.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or negatively affects other Users.

All content on the angin888 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, software, text, graphics, photographs, audio, video, and game content — is the exclusive property of angin888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of angin888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, angin888, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Platform unavailability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Actions taken by payment processors or banks outside our direct control, including but not limited to delays in fund settlement.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other form of liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

Where angin888 is found liable to you, the aggregate liability shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting angin888 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (subject to KYC completion and pending withdrawal processing) will be returned to you via a payment method registered on your Account. Active Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

angin888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A court order, regulator instruction, or law enforcement directive requiring Account closure.
• The User is found to be a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Business decision to withdraw services from a particular market or user segment.

In the event of Account suspension due to suspected fraud, all associated Balances will be placed on hold pending the outcome of the investigation. angin888 will endeavour to complete investigations within 30 days and will notify the User of the outcome.

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our customer support channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration tribunals as designated in the applicable gaming regulatory framework under which angin888 operates.

angin888 operates its Platform in compliance with the licensing and regulatory requirements applicable to its operations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their own participation in online gaming activities is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.

angin888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes required by regulatory authorities — may take effect immediately without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange Account closure and the return of any available Balance.
